8. Payment Terms

LANEXUS is in the software development business providing IT services (solutions and resources) to its Clients in the market. As a practice, LANEXUS shall invoice the Client for the Contract Price of the Services on or at any time after delivery.

The Client shall pay the Contract Price of the Services within 30 days of the date of the invoice or otherwise following such credit terms as may have been agreed in writing between the Client and LANEXUS in respect of the Contract.

LANEXUS accepts Payment for services paid in cash, bank transfer, or credit card thru the website using STRIPE.

All payments shall be made to LANEXUS as indicated on the invoice issued by LANEXUS.

LANEXUS reserves the right to pass on all costs incurred in collecting overdue accounts.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

10. Variation of Terms

11. Assignment
